The “Focus On The Family The Truth Project ® ” trademarks and promotional materials in this Media site (“TTP Properties”) are designed to be used to generate promotional materials, such as posters, postcards, other printed materials, emails, etc., to promote a small-group or church-wide study of the “Focus on the Family The Truth Project” (“TTP Study”).

By signifying your agreement by clicking the “I Accept” button, you agree with the following Terms & Conditions of Use of the TTP Properties and you will be permitted to download and print out, then copy and use, the TTP Properties.

Terms and Conditions of Use

1. The TTP Properties are to be used only to create promotional materials for a TTP Study. You agree to use the TTP Properties only to promote Focus on the Family’s The Truth Project classes and ministry, and for no other purpose.
2. You will not share your TTP Properties access name and password with others, and agree to permit the TTP Properties to be used only by persons that will use the TTP Properties responsibly and in a manner that is respectful to Focus on the Family, its mission, vision, and guiding principles.
3. If you are asked by Focus to cease use of any of the TTP Properties, you will do so. You agree that Focus does not have to justify its request to you, and has the sole discretion to terminate your rights to use the TTP Properties.
4. Focus has the right to revise these Terms & Conditions of Use at any time, without notice, by updating this posting. You agree to abide by any revisions, and will check periodically for changes.
5. These Terms & Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and you agree that the courts of El Paso County, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes between you and Focus on the Family.
